JOB SCOPE:
Primary responsibility is to supervise and manage teams of personnel performing the various operations for each product line. Other responsibilities include managing or assisting with the management of the profit and losses associated with individual projects. These responsibilities may be carried out in the office or in the field as required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: (not listed in any particular order)
- Supervise multiple teams of personnel conducting various operations for all product lines
- Manage or assist in the management of profits and losses for individual projects through direct or indirect management of resources
- Serve as the technical expert for a given Product Line
- Establish and maintain appropriate client relationships to further develop the product line for increased revenue

- Review proposals, procedures and invoices for accuracy prior to being delivered to the client

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Essential
• Ability to organize and document
• General computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Articulate communicator in both written and oral form
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue tracking
Preferred
• Technical writing experience in the product line
• Advanced computer skills (AutoCAD, MathCAD, and Microsoft Projects)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
• B. S. degree in an Engineering field or Engineering Technology (ABET credited)
• Minimum of 7 years project engineering and or management experience
Preferred
• Operator Qualification (OQ) certification for applicable product line
• 5 years product line experience
ANY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Essential
• The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
• Ability to be on call for 24 hour operations
Preferred
• Ability to travel globally at any given time
