Customer Service Rep - Battle Creek

We have an immediate opportunity for an energetic, self motivated, and goal oriented person to fulfill a role out of our Battle Creek, MI location as an on-site Customer Service Rep. for Pfizer. This position is responsible for the inventory, order, and exchange of cylinders as needed. This includes on-site liquid filling and hooking up cylinders to manifold systems. In addition the position will assist at the Battle Creek retail store as needed.
Requirements Include:
* Associates Degree in Business Admin., Accounting, or related field (Bachelors Degree a plus).
* Strong computer skills (excel/spreadsheets) with SAP experience preferred.
* 2-4 years previous experience in the gas / welding industry preferred (but not required); however a solid working knowledge of industrial gases and chemicals helpful.
* Must be able to routinely lift 10-20 lbs.; move items 50-100 lbs.; and use of cart to move items up to 800lbs.
* Strong attention to detail (relating to order entry, data research, audits, etc.).
* Solid communication skills comfortable interacting with internal and external customers, suppliers, and vendors.
* High level of initiative and able to work with independently with minimal supervision.
* Able to work effectively under various, but stringent deadlines.
* Prior forklift certification preferred.
* Flexible to work overtime as required
